We are hearing that Sodastream are telephoning those who had their orders cancelled to take payment details for them to be able to honour the £14.48 glitch from last week. The number that they are calling in on is 01223 378150 (Thomson Local verifies this as Sodastream). If you've not heard, as some might not have left a telephone number, you might want to consider getting in touch. You can do that by emailing customer.care-uk@sodastream.com or calling 0845 601 0093/01223 378150. Or you can just sit and remain patient (and thirsty!).

Got a call from them today to say that they were honouring the orders that were placed but because they had refunded my money they needed the details again. The order would hopefully be here this week.
10 minutes later, my sodastream order was delivered !! Now that is what I call a speedy delivery. Thing is I do not know whether I am going to get another one or what is happening. I will wait and see.
