Can they do that? There is nothing in the confirmation e-mail to say that the order is being processed or anything, it just says 'you have completed your purchases successfully'.

Any thoughts?

We are hearing that Sodastream are telephoning those who had their orders cancelled to take payment details for them to be able to honour the £14.48 glitch from last week. The number that they are calling in on is 01223 378150 (Thomson Local verifies this as Sodastream). If you've not heard, as some might not have left a telephone number, you might want to consider getting in touch. You can do that by emailing customer.care-uk@sodastream.com or calling 0845 601 0093/01223 378150. Or you can just sit and remain patient (and thirsty!).
