I've ordered a couple of days from KGB deals and not had a problem. Hope this is the same for you.
  • I have used KGB deals quite a few times for restaurant / bar offers, hairdressers etc.
I dont think i have ever used them to buy anything tangible.
On the whole, the vouchers have been fine, and we have enjoyed substantial savings.
However, if something does go wrong, they never provide me with a refund.
I have had cases where i was unable to contact the merchant to make a booking, and one case where i turned up to an appointment and the technician was running late and so cancelled my appointment, assuring me she would instruct KGB to refund me. They never did.
    I would buy with caution.
I have never had such problems with the other sites such as Wowcher, Groupon, Living Social etc, whose customer service have always been helpful.
  • Ordered a voucher in February & the money was taken from my PayPal account.
It'snow April & I have no vouchers & after 11 e mails to their "customer service" still nothing. They do not even reply to e mails.
Would like a refund but they do not respond to my recent request for one...any ideas?:mad::mad:

If you've paid by PayPal then you may be able to get a refund via PayPal, try opening a dispute on PayPal and see what happens. Log in to PayPal and at the bottom of the page detailing the transaction there should be something about if you are having problems with this transaction.
