Know I'm setting myself up here but, please can anyone comment on this property, and why it's not sold as been up for 4 months plus. Anything blatantly obvious that I'm missing?
Here's the competition:

There are a few more in that postcode... how do you think they compare?:hello:0 -
These two are round the corner:

Why does it say
the property, in our opinion, has been decorated to blah blah blah?
That sounds very weird to me, as though someone has taken issue with their description.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -
comparing to those 3 properties above, it's missing the 3rd bedroom0

Is the picture of the sun room / lean to the one pictured... It looks more like a junk room sorry.
The rest of the house looks clean and tidy
You could do with more pictures
What's local sales been like
Looks like the lean to/sun room is attached to the garage not the bungalow itself. Could be confusing if a viewer actually thinks they will find a lean to conservatory attached to and accessible from the bungalow.
Probably would be more use as a greenhouse....
There are 2 properties under offer in the same street....both of them cheaper than yours.
Overpriced a bit....maybe.0 -

i thought it was a greenhouse until you mentioned that haha0 -
Why is it 33a?
No. 27 is of higher spec, cheaper, bigger in sq feet, got bathroom and with a conservatory. Good value for money, IMHO

* Room sizes are ok, but not spectacular, though the kitchen seems small and the layout of it suggest little room to move around in it.
* The sun room looks like somebody's hobby project, to me it reduces the value of the property, rather than increasing it, I'd be tempted to have it replaced if I bought the place.
*Back garden looks boring, but wouldn't put me off, as such.
* No bath and the 2 bathrooms look tiny, would really put me off. Also only one toilet, that would be a complete no-go for me.
I think at the end of the day, it is well overpriced for what it is.0 -
First obvious question is why is this a link to an estate agent and not to Rightmove; Rightmove will have many more viewers.
An "estate" sounds like council housing to me
Interior is a little bit cluttered but ok.
A picture of the bathroom would have been nice in the first set of photos (maybe with one less of the greenhouse). The photo is a bit hidden within the "all photos" icon.
The Street View icon fails to work for me.
Main issue to me is that compared to the properties found by PasturesNew (on rightmove!) and lavendergirl (on rightmove!), your house is higher priced, and I can't see why a buyer would pay more than for those properties.0 -
It is on rightmove
