I started a non-permanent job via. an agency this week (Tue 3 Dec).
The job is 25 hours per week (22.5 hours paid).
I am paid weekly via. the agency - I am not salaried.
The place I work at is not open between Fri 20 Dec and Thu 2 Jan.
Can I register for JSA during these two weeks?

Hi
I had a friend in the same position a while ago, he had to sign on inbetween agency work, I would imagine you would be entitled to do the same, what you might find though is by the time your claim is processed you will be back at work but you would get back dated money from when you made the claim untill you started back.
You could also phone your local job centre plus but what I have found with them is they are not forth comming with imformation they have to be prodded.
Hope that helps in some way.

are you going to be actively looking for work - if you find another job would you not go back to the agency job?0
