Been researching and realised pluckpoint (Pluck Point). He is basically listing and selling Costco stuff at a premium. Is that legal??

Yes of course it is, thats how business works. You buy stuff and then sell it on for more money to make a profit. Costco is meant for businesses anyway, thats why you have to have a membership. They just let individuals in certain sectors join as well.0 -

If he is selling his property, then it is legal.
That is perhaps an oversimplification, but unless you can tell us exactly what he is selling, I'll leave it there.
Anyone can sell their goods at whatever price they like.
If he is too expensive, you have every right not to buy his goods and to shop elsewhere.
