Prompted upon receipt of my first statement from my Tesco Internet Saver account that I opened for this challenge I thought I'd give a quick up date to progress.
I started at the beginning of the year and opted to do the challenge in reverse (£52 week one, declining £1 each week).
Savings statement gives me a balance of £637.43 as at 11/4/14 - including 43p net interest. Not so much the interest driving me forward but the thought of being regimented and driven to ensure I save my target amount each week - and that lump sum pre Christmas at the end of this challenge.
Keep going everyone...0 -
£170 for May transferred. That gives me a total of £603 so far. I've never been motivated to save this much for so long and not actually managed to dip into it so very pleased!Determined to save and not squander!
