    Tue: Mince and Dumplings
    Wed: Butter Chicken curry (1st attempt at making this)
    Thur: Taco/burritoes
    Fri: Sausage casserole
    Sat: Fish and chips (frozen not chip shop)
    Sun: Roast (whatever meat is cheap) dinner

    I never did a meal plan last week as I was poorly and ended up having loads of take-aways so have to make up for it this week.

    Hi everyone,
    Was busy recently so did not take part for at least a month..
    Sorry.
    And this week we are only eating at home for 4 nights!

    S - lasagne (also 1 for freezer! Collected 2 now:-))
    M - Italian roast salmon and vegetable
    T - Chicken Jalfrezi, rice
    W - pork shoulder and root veg stew, potato
    and then we are not eating/not at home until this coming Sunday again..

    It was too hot when I took the photo but you can make out what the prawn crackers are like. Just like the Chinese takeaways.
