EON/BCW Group

Hi guys,

Has anyone had experience paying off an E-On debt through BCW group before? I paid a settlement figure last week to BCW to pay off the E-On debt and administration fees - My BCW balance now shows £0.00 but almost a week on and my E-On balance remains the same despite the payment.

I'm really hoping this is just a slow transfer between BCW and E-on. I paid £50 to BCW when the debt was transferred to them and it did come off my E-on balance, so the question I'm asking is why isn't paying the settlement figure the same process?

BCW send us payments in batches, usually once a week. There could be a delay depending on when you cleared the balance and when they send us the payment.

Once we receive it, your account will be updated. As I say, can sometimes take a few days but should be no more than 7.
