Nationwide Flexplus online statements

Had a wee look on the forum and cannot see any posts so thought I'd share my current problem.
I have the above account and have opted for the online/paperless statements. I should receive a statement on the 7th of each month but have received nothing since September.
I visited my branch for a couple of months as there was bizzare OD charges coming off which was a seperate issue, but essentially I was not able to find out how much in charges and fees (apart from the flexplus monthly fee) on a month by month basis and one occasion going over my arranged limit (we had budgeted for August but March and April came off at the same time)
It would appear that in the first 90 days of the account you got an OD interest free but it also meant that any charges occured during that time would not occur until the first statement after the 90th day. It meant that arranged OD fees from 5 and 6 months ago did not come off until October.
Also if you opt for paperless statements it hasn't produced these and Nationwide cannot resolve the situation at the moment. Been in my branch 3 times to find that out on the last occasion and then sent a tweet to last month to be told the problem had been resolved. I was expecting a statement yesterday and still nothing. However got a letter yesterday to say that a problem has occured and I would be entitled to all overdraft charges back during this time, so about £60 so far. Any other MSE users experiencing this?

I have a paperless FlexPlus which is running like clockwork. I am not using an overdraft on it though, it's more like a savings account and insurance cover.
If you have problems on your account for months, you could raise a formal, written, complaint.0
