Confused about old CCJ and new default

I will request the form to be sent when I call the court in the morning. Thank you spacey2012. I have never completed such a form but will give it a go and see what happens. Isn't statue barred 6 years? I ask because the default date (original) was 08 making it only 5 years?0 -
The date that matters is the date the debt was last acknowledged in Writing or a payment made (a real one) so work this out.
The default date can say whatever it like, that is of no importance.Be happy...;)0
