Chances of winning more than once with the same company?

I've won from the same mags quite a few times
& have had messages from comping buddies who have as well x

Does anyone know what this actually means ? I'd hate to think I'm wasting my time entering these now that I've had a win from them previously.

hi, just been looking through that as it's also on the tab/t.life/ etc ones but it also says..

You can enter the giveaway competitions as many times as you like, but we do only allow one entry to each giveaway competition over a pre-defined period. Once you’ve entered a competition, the competition box will tell you when you can enter again.

I won recently (but am still waiting for the prize)
so am assuming until you actually get that message you can carry on clicking away as I've had no such message & enter them every day without fail x

would be interesting if anyone has seen/had the message pop up x

Perhaps they just mean when they're giving away more than one prize (eg win one of five ipads), you can't win twice from that same comp?

That's the danger with the dalies-you're not reading the T&Cs as closely. I won an Ipad from one of the radio comps. It was very clear I couldn't win on any of their future comps for six months. I don't think I've ever won from the same company twice with less than a six month gap ....but of course that may just be coincidence.....or karma deciding it's someone else's turn

I have won several times for the same place now and in the past (nothing major tho)

I have won from Yours about 4 times this year (and have won several times in the past.

I have been doing Empire-on-Line comps for years with nowt to show for it and then this year I won 3 in the space of as many weeks.
