I have pursued a small claims action against a company and won.
They are now saying the director is stepping down from the company due to ill health, and therefore the company will cease to trade.
There are 4 shareholders of the company including the director.
Can they do this?
There are 5 court actions aginst the company I know of, and I have not been served with any documentation on this - just a daft email.

Yes they can, you should issue a complaint to companies house to prevent the winding up order as you have a claim against them.0
