Keep in mind that you are your little boys world and he will love spending time celebrating with you. Last Xmas it was just my two sons and I. This worried me initially but we all had a lovely time. In the lead up to Xmas we decided together what we would all like for breakfast, lunch and tea. What films we would watch, board games we would play and chose a fun thing to do to work off lunch.

We had a lie in as we had no need to dash off early and start seeing people. It was really relaxed and pleasant. Family and friends phoned and chatted to us so there was still that sense of connection. Can your relatives and friends do the same? This year there is a big family get together and part of me wishes I could have the peace and quiet of last year again. I hope you both have a wonderful time however you choose to spend the day.
