no download of google groan? er, chrome? NOW SORTED

unable to download chrome, using internet explorer browser. when clicking the install button, i just see the blue rotating logo, but nothing further happens?
I have turned off firewall, lowered secruity settings etc, and rebooted.

ok, IE still didnt llow, so gotmozilla setup, and then chrome too, from there..
