Travel insurance for pre existing medical conditions

Please can someone recommend a company that specialise in travel insurance for someone with a pre existing medical condition, just recent orthopaedic surgery.

I've used travelinsurancemedical in the past. Reasonable quote to cover heart surgery, high blood pressure, hip replacement but I've never had to claim from them so I don't know how good that side of things is.0
