Where are uswitch cookies stored on my computer using IE11 and Windows 8.1?
I have cleared my cookies, or so I thought, but whenever I go to the uswitch page it knows who I am.
If I go to the privacy setting in IE11 and turn off cookies I cannot get any results from uswitch.
So where are these cookies hiding on my computer?
I was doing some comparisons using different regions.

Getting forgetful, if you think I've asked this before I probably have. :rotfl:

If using IE, go to Tools tab, then Delete Browser History..Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..

If you did try a new browser and were not recognised it would prove that this is IE cookies that are not being cleared. It is possible but unlikely that the site is recording your IP address. That's unlikely as it isn't a reliable method of identifying anybody because most non-business customers get dynamic IP addresses which can and do change.
The most likely cause is that you haven't unchecked the option I've highlighted below. I'm pretty sure it is checked by default as removing all cookies causes some inconvenience.

It could be an "evercookie".

It might help to delete your Flash cache (if that's how the "cookies" are being stored):
