Honestly why be so rude? That was an initial impression on the limited information provided in your first post. Earnings were very low and, only in light of the accommodation provided by your employer could you be considered to support yourself on those amounts.

After you provided the information, the final reply was "Send those in for the 11/12 tax year, and you should be ok." which doesn't sound much to me like wrong advice...

There is literally no need to be so rude and ungrateful. I'm glad you've got your funding, good luck with your studies.

At the time, with the information you provided on the thread, you weren't independent. You then answered the questions I had, and I clearly stated that if you sent the additional evidence, you'd be ok. That happened, and you were assessed exactly how I said you would be.
