Unfair Negative feedback received on Ebay

After 11 years of selling on Ebay I have just received my 1st negative feedback:mad:
I sell various bits and pieces of lego and sometimes the instruction manuals. I clearly write in my description 'No Lego, Just instructions'
They have left this negative 'Bought this in a hurry please look , this isn't lego it's an instruction leaflet'
How do I go about getting this feedback removed? They have not sent me any kind of message, just left this feedback.
I see there is a report buyer option that has appeared on the side of the feedback, Do I use this? It has an option for Inappropriate feedback left
Will it get overturned as I did write my description correctly?
Many thanks

You can try phoning ebay to see what they say.
In the meantime, just respond to the neg with "description clearly stated this was just a Lego instruction."Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Is it best to call then? Will reporting via the Ebay site not be enough?0

It should be removed as what try are commenting on is covered in your description.
The best way is to phone up, it's debatable how useful the report function is.
If you're as bothered as you say you are, it's worth a 10 minute cal0 -
You can request the sellers changes it, or request that ebay remove it via the website. I've done it before

I trust other users will see the duff feedback (and item), and make own conclusions..
Just getting payment would do me fine.Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
Sometimes seen lurking on the compers forum :-)0 -
Please remember that poor feedback is not the issue for a seller, it is the associated stars that harm us. They received a piece of paper when they were expecting a heap of Lego your buyer was no doubt annoyed, if partly with themselves for not reading the listing thoroughly, and left instant feedback.
This sale probably only involves a small amount of money so I would refund the buyer, say I was sorry that they had misunderstood the listing and not require them to return the instructions. Then ask them to revise their feedback and stars.0 -
There's a separate category for Lego instruction manuals though it's not like a scammable item is it? This is the whole 'people buying a knitting pattern and expecting an item of clothing' thing. Basically people not reading the listing!0
