nPower Boiler Care - Cashback and Plan Pricing
Hi all,
Just wanted to check if anyone else had issues claiming cash back on the nPower boiler plan. I signed up a few years ago but on the first year having signed up and making no call outs other then the included service I was informed I wouldn't receive cash back due to being on the incorrect plan. I recently received the nPower complaints letter so will be back on to them. Any one have success or issues claiming cash back?
Secondly their plan pricing is very loose. I am on the boiler plan and have a renewal price of £18. I called in this morning to be told the price I'm paying is actually for the boiler and central heating plan which is £18. I was first advised that the plan could be upgraded to boiler and central heating at the price of £18. So I inquired what the price of the boiler plan was, surely they cant both be the same price. Initially I was told they were both £18, so I asked why? Then I was told because I live in London I could get the boiler plan for £16. This sounds like a strange pricing system. Why should someone in London have a different price to someone outside for the same product.
If you are sent a renewal letter I advise you all to query the price. nPower continue to be a joke of company.
