Barclaycard AR on credit file

I'm just looking at my wife's BC on her noddle file (with her permission of course). We both ran into problems in 2010. Her BC is marked OK until May and then goes 1,2,3,4 with AA, AA, BB, BB underneath. Then from Oct 2010 to an 2011 it's a green dot with UC in it and AR underneath. From then on it's green dots with AR. That is until last month when they have marked it with an orange 2, indicating a late payment.
Now, as the late payments only got to month 4, should they have defaulted her in 2010? Or can they argue the account was in an arrangement. We are both with Payplan.0 -

They should have defaulted the account 3-6 months after the missed payments. They tried arguing the arrangement to pay thing with me but that's not correct, they should have defaulted it.0 -

The quote of yours mentions a token payment, I was making payments of around half my minimum payment each month (£40). Should I still have defaulted after 6 months?
I'd love to get this default raised & back dated, my only worry is if I keep on their case they will cancel the arrangement and start charging me the full interest as I'm now actually paying enough money monthly to have my account back on track.....
