Praise for Megabus Customer Service

Yesterday evening, I tried to use some Tesco tokens (from Clubcard) in part-payment for a Mega-train ticket. I attempted to go back before confirming payment to check I had entered the correct date; my transaction vanished; the tokens were no longer there; and when I tried again the codes no longer worked. I was not at all pleased: started again and paid for my ticket with money, and fired off an email to their customer relations team.

I was surprised and pleased to get a positive response first thing this morning, and a refund hit my card account just after then this morning. I am impressed: particularly since this is a Saturday in the run-up to Christmas.
