Maternity pay

Does anyone else know how to go about claiming maternity pay if you have two jobs? I'm classed as self employed part time as I work for my husbands/our own business & I also work zero hours at pre-school. Not been in these circumstances before so no idea how to go about it. Can anyone advise?

Following gives full details of what you need to do and when, you just need to do it for both employers, each will be looked at separately.

This link might also help because you are self employed in one job.

Basically if you do not qualify for Statutory Maternity Pay from your pre school job (you can't claim it as someone self employed) then you may qualify for Maternity Allowance from either your pre school job or as self employed.0
