I second the above, always had good service from Kobo staff. My Kobo was the best gizmo in terms of value for money I have ever bought.Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)0

Has anyone got a number for customer service? I have tried numbers on their site and the numbers are not in use. I have been unable to use my Kobo for a while as i have been unable to connect since the last update. really sicj and tired of it now0
