What is wrong with this car/advert

I was looking at this car, because I have been keeping an eye on Skoda Fabia VRs prices (I quite like them), and this seemed a little low.

Hidden in the middle of the 'many features' are the 4 letters CAT D

Buyer beware.

Am I right in thinking that is a bit "naughty" for a dealer?
There are a lot of people who would not know about that, and I suppose if they bought from a dealer, would they bother to check the history?

any half-reputable dealer will have an HPI printout which you can keep if you buy it. Any half-savvy buyer would run a mile without one.

The Ad also says 'WE'LL TAKE LIMITED EDITION, EVEN IF ITS NOT BEEN DRIVEN, OR BEEN IN A COLLISION,

That alone is warning bells....

Look at the bonnet. It doesnt sit properly.. Not only a Cat D but a poorly repaired one from the 1st glance at the bonnet gaps.

Sounds like they like damaged vehicles and a quick polish and hide the damage.

I dread to think whats underneath.

I'd say that is pretty naughty from a dealer. Hiding cat d in the list of features.

The "gapping" - headlights, front edge of bumper was one of the first things I noticed, definitely not something which should be present in a VAG car.
I wouldn't be surprised if the whole front end of the car is deformed, and if you did a four wheel alignment check, the resulting figures would be interesting to say the least.
