Bank Fashion money taken no goods delivered

I ordered a jacket online for my 15 year old son, it has n't been delivered, every time I phone, they say its on it way, City Link say they never even picked it up, earlier in the week I asked Bank Fashion for my money back they said they could not do that unless I filled a form in and guess what the form never arrived!


I wonder if they are in financial difficulties? If you check Twitter and Facebook there are many customers telling the same sorry story as me, if they are in difficulties then they should make an announcement to prevent any other unsuspecting customers from losing their hard earned cash.


Any advice about what I can do now?

How long ago did you order the jacket & how did you pay? If it's by debit card you can try to do a charge back through your bank, although this isn't instant, they do an investigation first based on the facts that you give them & if they feel you have a case they will send you a form to fill out, or if a credit card then you could claim the money back that way.

I've just had a refund made to me via my bank for a payment made on my debit card to a company that entered administration just 2 or 3 days after I made the payment.
