Asda Direct Are A Total Shambles

Surprise,Surprise !

The Mrs waited in all day but no delivery ,so again a broken promise and still no further on.

She will phone again tommorow for some more lies.

This is Shocking Asda.

Will be asking fo a full refund,but I suspect that will be no easy task to acheive either

My wife phoned to cancel the order on 16.12.13 , was assured it was definitely cancelled and the money would be transferred back into our account and would take 5 days max.

Guess what this after noon 9 days later, no refund . I called today spoke to a different operator and she made enquiries and I was told that it had not been cancelled ,she will get it done now, it will take 5 days.

I told her it did not surprise me after what has come before.

Before anyone mentions the 30 day law refund policy ,I know that ,but Asda policy is 5 days apparently.


We have now spoken to 10 different operators at this Fantastic Asda Customer Services Call Centre.None have kept to their word and done what they said they would.

Is there anything else they could help me with today she asked ? .....Just refund my money and I'll be happy !
