Is your employer stating that you are entitled to less than 20 days a year including bank/public holidays?
If so, do you know how much of your pay covers shift, unsociable hours, etc. allowances?0 -

Yes they state in the contract that i/we are entitled to zero holidays

Well, they obviously don't mean it, because in practice:
They permit you to take rota'd days as holiday (as long as you still work your 1960 hours).
Whether, or not, you swap your days around to get blocks a of weeks off; you work 163 days a year and get 202 days off.
You were informed that the holiday pay is included in your pay. If they truly believed that you were entitled to zero holidays why would they pay for them?
You receive £2567.60 more than other workers doing the same job would receive for working 1960 hours. That extra money must be mostly to cover holidays.0 -

Ok thanks, was told more today about ds on top of 21 days holiday they get 8 stats and 13 days holiday accrued which they get paid for brining a total of 42 days would this make a difference0 -

How do they accrue the additional 13 days holiday?
Do they get them in return for overtime/working additional shifts?0 -
Unpaid breaks could explain it.
They could accumulate as TOIL (time off in lieu).
In practice this works just like extra holidays.
As you get paid for all your breaks it wouldn't apply to someone on a contract like yours.0
