I have sent off a claim to barclays to claim PPI on a loan. It was sent 8 weeks ago and i havent heard anything back not even acknowledgement.
Does anyone know of an email address or telephone number where i can check on the progress of my claim?

Oh no, i never thought of that to be honest. I wonder if a high proportion get 'lost in the post'. Think i photocopied all my form though0

No need for conspiracy theories, if you don't get an acknowledgement within a week or two, you should assume your complaint has not been received. What address did you send it to?0 -
Finally tracked down my photocopied forms so popped these in the post last week with a note attached asking if they could fast-track the application seeing as the original was sent in October.
I got acknowledgement sent through 2 days later.
A nice surprise a week later to find a refund had appeared into my bank account :beer:0
