Will this cable work

Over the years collected far to many cables, anyway having a sort out, I have found one with a blue pc headphone/microphone stereo end one end and the same but green on the other end. both with the large blocks just before the plugs.

I want to link my pc to a soundbar, will this work?

Probably

Those colours match Dell computer (and others?) colours for Speakers (green) and Mic (blue)
But that is fairly irrelevant. All you need is a stereo 3.5mm jack on both ends. This is a 'normal' headphone plug, with 3 separate metal parts in the plug itself (metal,plastic band,metal,plastic band,metal)
Audio plugs don't do crossovers or anything complicated, so no worries there.

There are two rings (which I always believed was stereo?) on each of the plugs.

Thanks that was my logic, but wasn't sure if the different colours made a difference.
