This guy said something really really important! especially to new dog owners, and I know a few on here are really worried about training etc.
He Said 'It takes a lifetime to train a dog'!
This from a man with 25 years professional experience behind him!
I so thoroughly agree with that!
I know I may have come across a bit smug when talking about training with just my two dogs - but they learned their repertoire of 'commands' and 'tricks' over their lives! and we made mistakes - plenty of them!
as he says - its persistence and perseverance which pays off.
Its a lovely story! Well done to them both!0
