Update on Credit file

I'm just looking to find out if anyone knows when Experian updates its files,
just I have a barclaycard which is showing £2200 which i paid off last month on the 5th!
the experian account was updated on the 03/11 i thought it would have shown the new one by now.

It is updated when the creditor sends the new info through and then 2 or 3 days for Experian to process that before it shows on your file I think? If it's not there next month complain to Barclaycard.

I had a free trial last month and, on looking at the various cards, it appeared to be something like the following:

Balance shown on card as of 31st October
Date sent to Experian: 3rd November
Date updated on credit report: 11th November for one card and about a week later for the other

With the above in mind, it's probably too early for something paid off on 5th November to be showing yet.
