Dell complaint - who to contact?

Hi all
I have a recurrent problem with my Dell laptop.
It has been fixed 3 times under warranty but I'm getting near the end of the 1 year warranty it came with.
I am getting nervous about being left with an expensive doorstop if the problem recurrs once the warranty has expired.
I have been given a quote for extending the warranty but really dont see why I should have to pay another large amount to cover an inherent problem that I feel will almost certainly happen again.
I know I could fight on my consumer rights about the laptop lasting a reasonable time but if I can avoid the hassle of that I would rather.
I'm as far as I can go with customer service and what I want now is to extend the warranty at a reasonable price which reflects the issues I've already had.
Is this reasonable?
Does anyone have any useful email addresses I could use to get past the brick wall that is customer service?
Thanks.

If you want to escalate your complaint, you could contact the General Manger of Dell. Her email address is Claire_Vyvyan@dell.com0

Forget emails, put it in writing by RD headed 'Complaint'. It might have been better to ask for an extended warranty FOC in return for agreeing the last warranty repair.
After 3 warranty failures a 'reasonable' supplier should refund or replace, albeit with some cash adjustment.
If it fails again in warranty, refuse a further repair based on the repair history. No free lunch, and no free laptop

anything do a little research ..........
Dell(allegedly) are not the easiest company to deal with in cases like this :-(
try googling 'navidia defect' and have a read through the forum located in the search ..... even if your problem is not related there is a wealth of information re consumer rights and previous cases!

What is the problem?1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?0
