Right Choice Insurance Brokers

Options
Hi All,

I have with regret taken out a car insurance policy with RCIB after finding them to be the cheapest on Confused.com, As like many of the other people on here I have had untold problems including them trying to increase the original quote , taking the full payment rather than in installments as agreed.

Now 2 months later I have been advised that my insurance policy will be cancelled within 7 days (now day 5) unless I provide copies of my driving license , my previous insurance policy, signed insurance policy, these where sent but never received by email or post. They have yesterday been resent to a individual in the cancellation team by email who has confirmed he has received them.

I have now been advised everything is fine and the policy will not be cancelled however I have 1 final document which requires to be signed and returned. This was emailed to me a Insurance certificate surrender form!

Do i need to sign this before a policy is valid ? As it sounds like it to should be completed on the event of a cancelling the insurance policy ?

Very confused and frustrated , any help or advise would be most appreciated!

Thank you ....

  • Normally it would be signed in lieu of returning the certificate to cancel a policy. Speak to them to check it wasnt sent out as part of their 7 day threat
