As I have said many times, put a numbered summary of your appeal points at the front, then using the same numbers, expand the points in your appeal.
Use Bold and italic to remove the flat content.
Be succinct.
You wrote
"I would firstly like to call into question the operators right to issue tickets at this site as the site is noted as a private parking site 'managed' by Kernow Parking Solutions. I can assume Kernow Parking Solutions to be merely agents for the owner or legal occupier. In their Notice and in the rejection letters, The operator has not provided me with any evidence that it is lawfully entitled to demand money from a driver or keeper, since they may not own nor have any interest or assignment of title of the land in question.
I require the operator to provide a full copy of the actual contemporaneous, signed & dated contract with the landowner. "
You should write "Kernow Parking Solutions are not the landowner. I put them to strict proof that they have a contract with the landowner that gives them full authority to levy charges and pursue motorists for these.
I require the operator to provide a full copy of the actual contemporaneous, signed & dated contract with the landowner".
You then say that the contract is not compliant with the BPA requirements. How can you say that if you haven't seen it?
No genuine pre-estimate of loss and challenging how their figure was made does not jump off the page and can easily be lost.
Remember that some hard pressed adjudicator is going to read this and will skim through waffle.
Take a look here at what I put as core points. You may not want to use them, but please look at the layout and the paragraph on GPEOL.

Make your appeal look more like a business report than a letter to a Great Aunt.

No that's perfect! Be as critical as you can, I need it.0
-
my criticism is that you have 2 threads open with the same info, very confusing !!0
-
Isn't this a duplicate thread?
It's not going to help you any as it becomes confusing as to which is most up to date. It forces regulars to have to read both just to be sure they're giving you best information. There are many more posters who need assistance.
This isn't really helpful at all. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
