Dad had me in fits yesterday. He bought a braising steak in gravy from iceland. He said he had never had meat so tough in his life. Having been a Master Butcher for 60 years he decided to wash the gravy off and have a good look at it. He swears it was beef and the right cut but says no way should it have been so tough. Anyway he wrapped it up in 2 plastic sealable bags and posted it to them:eek:
So glad he cleaned the gravy off first.
Might be the new way to complain, will let you all know if he has any luck:rotfl:
Keep safe whatever you are doing and if you are shopping hope muggles don't get in your way too much.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: So funny! I wouldn't like to be the person who opens it though!
  • We've still got 251 posts to go - should have got us to Christmas day (ish)
  • Many Thanks Louj & Chris :D

Have started shopping for next year :T:T

Double thanks for this as I was only asking the other day for an eyelash glitch. 4 pairs for 99p very cheap even if I only like one out of 4 sets. Also got makeup box/bag thing and set of hairbrushes to make up £10 for free delivery.
Rather have lashes than m and s glitch anyday.

Once at dd this afternoon I will drag myself round to mr t to get some gift vouchers. Does anyone know what they sell and what denominations or is there a list online?

My mistake sorry it is 100 ccpts per £20 spend, buy £20 x 2 plus £10 and get another 150 cc pts.
My last lot must have been put in manually as got 200 per £20. Lucky me sa must have had bad eye sight:j

    So £100 is 500pts plus 2 x 150 so 800pts plus 150 for £50tesco card
So 950 cc pts not quite as good as I thought but need to boost my points and next, debenhams and boots cards will all be used in sales.
Still 800pts is £16 on boost or ££32 eating out so good enough for me.
Might even join ssm in the race for a bit of bling.

Hi. Big thanks to OP that posted Scooby Doo set. It was marked up at £40 but scanned for £10. Great pressie to add to the ever getting bigger stash for DD. Managed to use £3 orchard & 3 x £1 on £3 veg. Also big thanks to Durham for all of the £10 off £50 MOCs sge sent me. Used all but 1 of them so great savings. All combined nicely with other spend & saves.

Must have missed the post about Scooby Doo. Does anyone have details please. TIA
