DS2 has some form of infection in his toes, they are swollen, purple and the skins is breaking down. He just 'mentioned' it, when I saw them I nearly died! He is on antibiotics for 7 days, had a skin scrap and needs to return in 7 days. Hopefully they won't drop off now!

only automated to start with, you do speak to someone. I will just tell them the item name and model. its better to have their item code but not essential. store number will help but I normally just tell them where I am and they search my nearest stores. they will even tell you where in store it is. last time when I got the shaver they said "its not got a location so probably out back somewhere" this was enough info for a sa to check out back and find it. the 2 shavers were on top of some cages. it really is a good service. with the info "its there somewhere" is good enough for me to make sure store sa's look for it.TrulyMadly wrote: »Zippy sorry to be a nuisance.
