    Good morning :)

Nice to have a bit of sun this morning. We had to wrap up well because it's freeeezing, but we managed a rather fresh walk on the beach this morning. For some reason there was lots and lots of tyres on the beach? Strange

I can't decide whether to go shopping today, or tomorrow.....or both :D

Typical!! I had to buy 4 yesterday, if only I had known!

    can anyone help?

I got out my sausages out of the freezer to make sausage roll today but now thinking I have messed up :(.....

if I cook them today they are not going to last until Christmas and I can't refreeze them?.....can I?

what is them best thing to do?

:o:o Same dilemma here - I'm doing Boxing Day buffet for sister's birthday here.
I've defrosted sausagemeat & pastry. But yesterday I bought whoopsied cooked Finest cocktail sausages on B3G1F so have lots of sausages :o

Normally I add cheese, onion, tomato puree to sausagemeat but this time I was thinking about copying M&S's cranberry sausage rolls as they taste divine.

Pleased to read we can refreeze them.

Oh & must get turkey out to start defrosting too :)

Scamps, I think that a little bit of tough love is called for here. Just tell her that if she really doesn't want the M&S stuff, that you can find another home for it.

And maybe think about stopping with the food parcels. You don't have to do it for long as it sounds like it probably wouldn't be long until she is asking you for them again.

As with everything, you don't miss it til you don't have it anymore. She'll soon start missing it and maybe then start to appreciate everything you do for her

You can't spend the rest of your life trying to make up for what happened in the past. I'd say you've more than done that in the years since

David.! Tom has quite enough ladies (in various states of undress) to be dealing with without adding me into the mix ;)

He's the thread's Mr Darcy and his bungalow is Pemberley. I've decided.

I'm also quite tipsy so I'll bid you all goodnight.

I love the new name for Thick Tom.. Mr Darcy ... and his 'bung-a-low'.
