Morning. Got DS's friend over, he slept last night while his mum and dad went out on the razz. They are so cute and funny together and come out with some lovely things - they break into impromptu Xmas carols every now and again :rotfl:

tigercub is chasing them around and I keep hearing "get Polly, get Polly" and she squeals with delight (until they crack her on the head that is!:p).

Making mince pies with them in ten mins (well, not them inside, using mincemeat i think;))

Ahh so cute. 1st little friendships are adorable :)

    Good morning everyone :)

    Well done Streetlights!!

Loved the pandoro cake, really good!

Picked up DS2 yesterday, so one DS now home for Christmas :) Hoping DS1 will get safely back in 2 days time.

Going to make some more spiced Christmas buns today.

Not quite sure what you can do Scamps, except not share with the ungrateful DD. If she doesn't want things, why give her any?!

Hope everyone has a good day, not too much running around, and stress free!

Good morning am starting to feel human after being utterly exhausted last week. Went to works do Friday night and it was awful, food was dire and disco after was worse. I don't drink and was home by 11.45, I'm not a killjoy but it was just too expensive and too close to Xmas to be enjoyable for me - gonna swerve it next year.

That is not to help me but report that I run a clean house. ;)

    Evening all

Have been busy clearing stuff away for xmas, lots of those little jobs I have been putting off and piling stuff in the corner of my bedroom to deal with another day. Well today was the day. :)
