Sorry its a bit off topic but has anyone here every had problems with returns at Asos? I sent back some clothes that totaled £191.99 but they have only acknowledged 4 of the 7 items in the parcel and refunded me £95.99

I've emailed them so waiting to hear back but worried how i can ever prove what was in the parcel? Any ideas? Worst case i did pay with an Amex Gold card so i guess i could do a chargeback?

Wont be using them again in a hurry

Oh no, I just stumbled across them in Thorntons while DD3 was buying OH his Xmas toffee.

Not many left at all huge space where they should have been. Could not see any reductions in As and I'm sure someone said there were selection boxes reduced. And choc coins but they still scanned £1.
