Does everyone know. £10 off fragrance shop, no minimum spend is back on o2

We didn't until we got to town this evening to use the Bodyshop one before it ran out. :T

Kept noticing your reminder (thanks) and finally managed to persuade DD3 to go and get the BS one as a free xmas present for someone. (Me :D)

She has not topped up for ages so had no free internet access and told me this will cost me £1 mum. :rotfl:

Not much around the £10 mark in The fragrance shop down here, most meant spending around fiver in real money but she got a nice present for someone else. :)

She could not find any WH Smiths offers at all, she had saved the beanie baby one but it was blank screen. So no free card, wrap or anything but have no idea if these were already expired. :o

Can someone please help and explain where my answer is incorrect? I believe my answers are right, however it marked me as incorrect?

    Apostrophe? (answers)

1.I will be 30 in two years’ time.

2.I will be 29 in one year’s time.

    Explanation

Expressions of time are also known as ‘temporal expressions’. When used in temporal expressions, the apostrophe is placed before the ‘s’ for single units and after for multiple units.

    Thanks

They chucked this one in to throw you off - all the other questions had one grammatically correct statement and one grammatically incorrect statement - but in this case, both the statements are correctly punctuated, so the answer would be that both are correct. They would've marked your answer as wrong if you didn't state that both statements were correctly punctuated. ;)

Did anyone else randomly get a Gillette razor in the post today, with a note wishing them a happy birthday? I did and it's not my birthday for ages! No idea why it has arrived!

  • Does anyone know where I can find the £15 off £75 code for t's, mentioned earlier? tia
  • Went to sainsbobs earlier to get more paper and checked out the clothing sale.
There on the shelf waiting for me in my size was the last fur jacket at half price. Very pleased as been wanting one for several years so that has made me decide which dress for xmas eve.

Just watched Alex Polizzi christmas and was very impressed. She didn't do anything you couldn't copy cheaply and unlike kirstie didn't do anything that takes much time. Now watching the 12 drinks of christmas which should be of interest to quite a few of you.

FC prosseco is strange shape as for most people it doesnt make it as far as the wine rack.
Might treat myself to the Martini prosseco I won last xmas. Think I will have boxing day when I return.

All wrapping done except dgs (need cars paper) and dads as still waiting on amazon. Cheeky gits. Mum made use of the £5 off £25 twice last week in 2 seperate orders, 2 lots of postage and all arrived in one parcel:eek:
Typical of me been all elaborate on wrappings and forgot it all needs to go in car and get squashed:eek:
