Certain big companies are really carp. Cadbury, Coca Cola, Walkers and Kelloggs fall into that category.

Nestle on the other hand were sending out £6 worth of vouchers even if you said something like "your products are ace". I think the last time I heard, they were sending out £2 vouchers, but for a quick email, it's better than nothing.

I had success with QUORN, NESTLE, PATAKS and a few others. I didn't make up any complaints, just congratulated them on their ranges and tastes etc.

There is a thread on successes from different companies on MSE somewhere. I can't remember where exactly but folk were posting on what vouchers/gifts they received for compliments being sent.
Am I the only person here who emailed praising McCains and just got a thank you email and no discounts :(

You might have got a better result if you had complained about their products? Sometimes that is more productive, as it were:).

Was going to make some hampers up with all the goodies from M & S, but can't find any cheap baskets, have searched about 6 charity shops today, they had loads, but stuff in them and wouldn't sell them to me. I have also tried, poundland, home bargains, wilkos, asda. Anywhere else I can try?????

Thanks David, I bought one, but was refused a GC anyway, she said it was because the label on the item was not wrong.
