    Need to go to live chat. Make sure you take a screenshot if the conversation too as they didn't cancel one of mine and charged me. I soon put them right though and I had a refund the same day :)

    I cancelled yesterday for the second time and they offered me £10 Amazon to stay for another month. Don't mind if I do :cool:

    No walk of shame David although Nannylala does let her hair down after a few Brandys;)and I do have a busy social life and have lots of great Friends and family who helped fill a big void in my life when I lost my DH:A at the age of 52years,and not forgetting all the lovely Elite a who also make such a difference to Nannylala as an extended Family:T
