Can I ask for some help please?

I have just got an iphone...wahoo! so have downloaded the my superlist app and thought I would give it a go today.
I made my shopping list, ticked them off as I bought them, have now got home and need to send off receipt, but cant work out how to do it. There is a bit where it says, click to show order summary and redeem earned cashback, but when I click on it, it just says what your savings are.
Can anyone tell me how I send my receipt, as I did read it has to be done wihtin 24hrs. Do I just take photo and email it?

If it's what I'm thinking then sometimes it glitches and the camera bit is not there. Uncheck the box saying you bought and then check it and try again. This works sometimes, if not drop them an email letting them know you would like to upload receipt but it isn't allowing you to. Hth

You explained it perfectly, when I click on shop complete,the next page and camera are not appearing, so think it is an error. Thanks for you help

Louj, I don't know what kind of food you're after but somebody posted recently about whoopsied party food still being 3 for 2 at Ts. I went into my local T Express last night and they had loads of reduced party food you could whack in the freezer. Even the finest stuff was pretty cheap! If you have a Ts near you do also look out for the £5 off when you buy a Turkey as part of a £40 shop? Somebody mentioned these yesterday but I'm not sure if they're leaflets or a till spit. You could always get a small turkey etc and buy clothes to get you to the min £40 spend then return said clothes.

Anyway hope that's of use and glad to see you're feeling more positive about Christmas.

thank you xx yes I'm starting to look forward to Christmas now ...had a very hard week....it was my mums b/day on the 11th which she sadly passed away 3 years ago and yesterday was the anniversary of my cousin who was killed 4 years ago on the way to work but now that have passed I can now think about xmas.....and my ds is really helping me with this....he is 12 but still believes a little bit in Santa and is really looking forward to xmas now.....so I really need to cheer up for him xx

Thanks CJJ, it seems the app is tempermental, the camera is not there, think I might delet app and reinstall. I will send the receipt in an email and explain. Thanks

when you are on the page where you "tick" the product there should be a little grid top right of the screen. This little grid has a slider on it to slide from instore mode to online mode and vice versa. Try messing about with that little grid before progressing to the next page.

Morning all!

Had a lovely overnight stay in the Peak District at DH's works Xmas do, very, very pretty at this time of the year. (Someone very discerning obviously chose the location. ).

Off to buy a Christmas tree this afternoon.
