Hope everyone is ok.
It looks quite nice outside today :j I'm gonna drag the boy with me on my Avon round today. It's never too early to put them to work
You are doing him a favour- he will be well prepared for life. My DD wombles with me every day and sees the benefits. Just make sure that he is well wrapped up so that he doesn't moan at you about being cold!!!never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -
Good morning all.
Logie and tweets how nice to have thoughtful colleagues. Lovely hamper/flowers and thanks for sharing. Its good to see nice gestures.
Well after my shops at Tosco yesterday I have decided that I will stick to Sada unless its a super duper glich, The traveling costs made the shop about the same and then there was the time. We dont get the wine deals etc and no C&C here plus Sada is across the road from my main place of work.
I still have two PP's and some orchard vouchers to spend but will chose my time wisely although I was really lucky in the summer toy sale so may be tempted back for the big events and thanks to all who post the deals.0 -
Morning paw sniffers.
So pleased to get all the decorations up yesterday:)
Now to put my mind to a £8 off wys £30 at S:T
And heading to A to spend the £2 giftcards that I've collected over the past year.
Back tonight to marzipan the cake and wrap up stocking fillers

OH decided it would be a good idea to volunteer us to put up and take down a 12 metre Marquee today:mad: He has no idea how much I have to do before Christmas:mad:
The annoying thing is this marquee belongs to the badminton club he chairs. We sent out an email asking for volunteers to help. Everyone is too busy :mad: The funds go to the club too. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Have a good day:)

I would only do it if he promised to do a really vile job for you after Christmas - one you have been nagging to get done or something really mucky and time consumingcompromise is the key!

Blimey your brave, it's not something I could bare to do. I'm guessing that it would be a complete scrummage round the reduction area come Christmas Eve. I would head to the shops in the evening for all of this week if poss and then just bung whatever I got in the freezer to last. Have you got any beef joints in from Sada yet? Maybe if a turkey is too pricey have a different joint instead. T,s pork is a great price as well, you can get a massive joint for £7-8. Much cheaper than Turkey. Have you an aldi near you for the veg?Life is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0
