Asda have just called me back after they have watched the ad themselves. They are now saying that althoough the ad is clearly all about the beef joints, the prime rib and pork joint dates at the bottom are simply the dates the stuff will be instore. What a load of old cobblers - that may have been their intention but it most certainly is not how the ad comes over. Extremely misleading and I am sure a lot of customers will have been taken in by it.

I think that you are fine to keep the goods unless they contact you and ask for them back. If they ask, you should return them.

Its a bit different with the Vita's as a game was ordered and not sent, and the Vita sent instead. In this case you got what you asked for (the solicited part) and they have sent you extra items (unsolicited). Did you get any paperwork?

Nonsense! at no point does it say or even imply the rib is £4 a kilo! It is simply giving the dates it's available...

Got one of my Christmas pressies through from Achica. Lovely little bracelet for my cousin. Came in a gorgeous velvet sleeve too!

Still got quite a few more bits to come so I hope they get here in time

Oh and btw- I hope nobody was offended by what I said about collecting permissions for filming. I absolutely understand how necessary it is, just that the process of sorting out who is to be filmed and who isn't it quite arduous for the person doing it. I totally respect that it's down to the parent which is why you send out the filming requests in the first place
