Good Evening All,
This is going to upset everyone and I don't know a single other person who shares this view but the City Hall Christmas Market - much to do about nothing. I'll admit it's a nice novelty and it looks great, however it's overpriced with limited variety and many of the items for sale are absolute rubbish.
Okay I'm going to take cover now but I'd be interested in your views.
You are definitely not alone, every year I go to that Market once to see if I still hate it and every year I am successful! Between the overpriced tat, so many people you barely have room to breathe and when you can take a breath in the smells that hit you are nauseating (I was in early stages of pregnancy when I went last year and I could not get out quickly enough) Walked in through the front gates this year and it took me 10 minutes to get out again by the side gate.
Even worse, my sister is over from England, wants me to bring her into town tomorrow and will want to go to the Market. My son is 4 months and her daughter is 7 weeks - it's going to be such fun trying to get 2 prams round it as well.Norn Iron Club member 273:beer:0
