I'm sorry, i don't mean to be pedantic but this was taken from this site under the 'definition of financial hardship'
This site does contain errors and opinions which may not be right. It may be that someone got lucky on one occassion, made the site aware of it and they changed the article.
You are not going into debt management. You are already there. The amount you need to repay over a defined period has taken place already.
Bankrupts dont have any right to any refund. If the bank refunds, it goes to the official receiver. However, if you are not bankrupt but looks to be heading that way then you would qualify.Continually living off credit. You're living off credit and regularly need to increase your credit limit.
That one also isnt grounds for hardship. It could be someone living a consumer lifestyle who just spends more than they earn to keep up with the Jones'.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
