Is anybody else having trouble trying to get through to First Utility Customer Services ?
I've been a customer for more than a year and I've never had this problem. I've not been billed for Novembers usage and I want to know why

  • After 3 emails over three weeks with no response, I tweeted the customer service department. I received an acknowledgment of my tweet within a couple of hours and an email to my original query within the day.
    I tweeted again asking when I should submit my meter reading (since I haven't received an email telling me when). 1 hour later I got a response. Seems to be the way to go!
