wrong info from asda shop assistant

It is a ps3 game, still sealed and with the receipt. I told the sales assistant I wasn't sure if it was the right game and I would pay cash then anyone could return it to the store for a refund instead of me having to be there to get the refund back on my card.

I feel misled since I only bought it based on the sales assistant telling me I'd be able to get a refund. She obviously still doesn't know asdas policy after sending me to customer services today for a refund.

Got another asda near you? Go in say you bought it for a present and lo and behold someone also bought the same one, what are the odds eh!

You sound like you got someone on a bad day, not worth waiting for a manager to call back tbh.

I had this once with a small shop and I spoke to a manager and got a refund.

Just a quick update to let you know that I took the game back to another asda and they gave me my money back no problem :-)
